Returns & Refunds Policy

Sound-Lite Sales reserves the right to refuse any parcel without a return authorization number (RMA). As a consequence, you must first obtain an RMA by contacting our technical service team at (204) 233-1739, before shipping a product.

Products can not be returned without a valid reason (defective, damaged, or otherwise authorized by Sound-Lite Sales)

Manufacturer’s Warranty will cover parts, labor and return shipping back to you once repaired.

Shipping into the service center is not covered.

Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee on all items.

Special Ordered items not picked up will be charged a minimum 50% restocking fee.

Please note: clearance items & used gear are final sale and are sold “as is.” No refunds or returns.

Place the product in its original box along with all of its accessories. Sound-Lite Sales will not be held responsible for any damage during transportation. Please note that carrying firms can refuse any claim if the packing is inadequate, even if the parcel is insured.

Once you’ve made sure that the parcel is adequately packed, indicate the RMA number both on the parcel and on the packing list.

All returns made MUST be authorized in advance by a customer service representative – and paper work dispatched to you via email. Your RMA form must be included in the box and your RMA number located on the waybill / packaging. Any returned items that arrive without prior approval or missing documentation may be rejected by our shippers. Once received, returns will be processed within 5 business days.

Returns or exchanges for the following items will only be accepted if they are in factory sealed packaging due to hygienic reasons: headphones & microphones.

Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns will be accepted for store credit (minus restocking fee & shipping) within 30 days of invoice date.

Products can also be exchanged or returned provided they are in original condition and include all of the original accessories and packaging.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
