Sound-Lite Sales products are protected by a limited warranty which duration will differ according to the product. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects. Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase shown on the invoice. Most new items are covered by a one year warranty; some items are covered for two years (parts and labor).

Sound-Lite Sales will void the warranty because of damage or failure due to abuse, misuse, faulty installation, improper maintenance, or any repair carried out by a third party not authorized in writing by Sound-Lite Sales. Parts which are prone to failure due to general wear and tear are not covered by the warranty, i.e. lamps and fuses. 

Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty Periods:

• Non ADJ L.E.D. Lighting Products = 1-year (365 days) Limited Warranty (Such as: Special Effect Lighting, Intelligent Lighting, UV lighting, Strobes, Fog Machines, Bubble Machines, Mirror Balls, Par  Cans, Trussing, Lighting Stands etc. (excluding LED, lamps and batteries which have a 180-day limited warranty)
• ADJ Laser Products = 1 Year (365 Days) Limited Warranty (excluding laser diodes which have a 6 month limited warranty)
• ADJ L.E.D. Products = 2-year (730 days) Limited Warranty (excluding batteries which have a 180 day limited warranty). Note: 2 Year Warranty only applies to purchases within the United States.
• StarTec Series = 1 Year Limited Warranty (excluding batteries which have a 180 day limited warranty).
• ADJ DMX Controllers = 2 Year (730 Days) Limited Warranty
• All American Audio branded products = 1-year (365 days) Limited Warranty (except V-Plus Series Amplifiers
• All American Audio V-Plus Series Amplifiers = 3-year (1095 days) Limited Warranty
• Non L.E.D. Eliminator Lighting products = 1-year (365 days) Limited Warranty (Such as: Special Effect Lighting, Intelligent Lighting, UV lighting, Strobes, Fog Machines, Bubble Machines, Mirror Balls, Par  Cans, Trussing, Lighting Stands etc., (excluding lamps laser and batteries which have a 180-day limited warranty)
• L.E.D. Eliminator Lighting Products = 2-year (730 days) Limited Warranty (excluding batteries which have a 180 day limited warranty). Note: 2 Year Warranty only applies to purchases within the United States.
• Eliminator Laser Products = 1 Year (365 Days) Limited Warranty (excluding laser diodes which have a 6 month limited warranty)
• Accu-Cable Limited Lifetime Warranty =  Accu-Cable  is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner. This limited warranty covers the cable and component parts. This limited warranty is void if any defects are caused by mishandling, negligence or damage from the user.

AVANTE Audio active loudspeakers and subwoofers
are covered by a 3-year warranty.

Sound-Lite Sales is not responsible for the wear, tear or misuse of its products. This warranty will be void if the products serial number has been defaced, damaged or removed.
