Sound-Lite Sales products are protected by a limited warranty which duration will differ according to the product. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects. Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase shown on the invoice. Most new items are covered by a one year warranty; some items are covered for two years (parts and labor).

Sound-Lite Sales will void the warranty because of damage or failure due to abuse, misuse, faulty installation, improper maintenance, or any repair carried out by a third party not authorized in writing by Sound-Lite Sales. Parts which are prone to failure due to general wear and tear are not covered by the warranty, i.e. lamps and fuses. Laser diodes are covered by a 6-month warranty.

Sound-Lite Sales is not responsible for the wear, tear or misuse of its products. This warranty will be void if the products serial number has been defaced, damaged or removed.
