Return of Merchandise

Before returning a product that you believe to be defective, please contact our technical service team at (204) 233-1739 to evaluate the nature of the problem and receive, if needed, a return of merchandise authorization form (RMA).

A minimum estimate fee of $25 will be charged as well as all repairs due to negligence, such as faulty fuse replacement, lamps, or cleaning.

If the product is not guaranteed, Sound-Lite Sales will inform you of the repair and shipping fees that will be charged to your account.
